In 1881, Thomas & Mary Howcutt
were living at 17 Offa Road (dark brick, second from the left in the
picture). Thomas, the oldest brother of Mark
Michael Howcutt, was a builder employing two men. Thomas died in 1882 and by the
1891 census, Mary had moved to number 13 (light render, second from right). |
